These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jiloko ("jiloko," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the jiloko online casino platform available at jiloko.app and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

2.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jiloko reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jiloko does not represent that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or play on jiloko: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of jiloko or its affiliates; (b) persons who have self-excluded from the Platform; (c) persons who have been permanently suspended by jiloko; and (d) persons acting on behalf of any of the foregoing.
3.1 Single Account. Each player may hold only one (1) active account on jiloko. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances across all accounts and permanent suspension.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. jiloko is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiloko Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify jiloko immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jiloko is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). jiloko may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jiloko accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. You must not fund your jiloko account using funds obtained through illegal means. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted on jiloko in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time. jiloko reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible. jiloko aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes once KYC verification is satisfied. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. jiloko reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Any bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
5.1 General. jiloko may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which supplement and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jiloko reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any other conduct that jiloko considers to be an exploitation of promotional terms.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the bonus balance in accordance with the specific promotion terms.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All games available on the jiloko Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning equipment monitored by independent oversight. Game outcomes are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by jiloko or any player.
6.2 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, jiloko reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding wager amounts to the player's account. No claim shall arise from a game malfunction beyond the refund of the voided wager.
6.3 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify jiloko customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. jiloko will investigate the matter and its determination shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

9.2 Limited License. jiloko grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
9.3 Restrictions. You must not scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce any portion of the Platform without jiloko's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of jiloko's intellectual property may result in legal action.
10.1 Platform Availability. jiloko does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jiloko's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiloko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if jiloko has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Cap on Liability. jiloko's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiloko account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jiloko and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law.
jiloko collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jiloko.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jiloko implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal information.
jiloko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jiloko will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
